Staff were affable and amazingly nice!
The room was tastefully decorated and neat with furniture which nothing matches as well as bedroom, just what was needed.

Best thing was the English breakfast with the toast. Comfortable and excellent location in Harlow adjacent to a Chinese and Indian eatery. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a community museum.
Beds were uncomfortable.

would recommend for a short visit
Friendly owner, excellent breakfast, the helpful staff made our late check-in smooth while we enjoyed good coffee with a freshly prepared English breakfast and appreciated the 24-hour reception service.
For us it was ideal.

The staff were fantastic !! They really went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best stay.
The bathroom was not very clean and the main light/kettle were not working.

next to Harlw Mill train station
the room and shower room were a bit dirty. the bed was very soft.the laminate flooring was damaged right in the middle of the room, the blinds to the window were damaged so they did not close fully, the fridge had no shelves. The shower room was dated (pipes coming out of ceiling but large hole left in ceiling around pipes) floor dirty, only one small towel given. price was quite cheap so you get what you pay for. Overall it would'nt need much to bring it to a really good standard because the building is not that old! Shame!

I liked the fact there was a fridge in the room to keep the beers cold, nothing else
I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, its very basic but you get what you pay for so don't complain when you get there because its not a hilton

Loved the fridge in the room, made late-night snacks easy. I felt looked after. No reason to complain.

This place is cheap so don't expect much. My shower had hairs in it, there were cigarette butts on the floor, the sheets needed to be change, and there was no hot water in the shower. I suggest you bring earplugs so the trains don't wake you up at 5am like they did me.

The 5 days of free car-parking and easy access to Stansted airport, there are direct bus and trains within a 1 minute walk of the hotel.
It was noisy and the facilities were very basic - for example, no reading light, no batteries in tv remote.

Breakfast was a proper English fry-up, and the staff were warm and cute. Ticked all the right boxes for a cozy stay.
But, dodgy vibes with noise from next door and a right flatulent fella making me gag.

It's cheap and fairly clean
Stale smell of smoke in the room, checkin was a bit rude, it's not next to Harlow Town but Harlow Mill(went to the wrong station)

I wanted a reasonably cheap bed for a night near to Stansted Airport, and I was pleased with the value for money. I was also hungry on arrival, and it was possible to get a simple, well-cooked and well- priced meal.
I stayed there in mid-June when it was quite warm. The central heating in the room was on, and it appeared impossible to turn it off. This had obviously been noticed by the staff as they had opened the window, and I had to leave the window open all night. The window was only a few yards from a railway line, so the noise level was unacceptable. There was also a light shining outside the window, and the blind in front of the window did not completely block this out. This is why I rate the hotel poor for "services" and "comfort".
